Who could join WWE superstars CM Punk and Sami Zayn in their fight against Seth Rollins, Bron Breakker & Bronson Reed?

Bronson Reed returned at SNME and aligned with Seth Rollins!
‘The Second City Saint’ CM Punk walked in at WrestleMania 41 alongside Paul Heyman to fulfill his lifelong dream of main-eventing the ‘Grandest Stage.’ However, the celebration soon took a turn for the worse as, during the triple-threat main event match, Heyman betrayed him.
Initially, Heyman betrayed him to rejoin his ‘OTC’ Roman Reigns, but then turned on him to everyone’s surprise as he aligned with Seth Rollins. Angered by this betrayal, both Reigns and Punk tried to get their hands on Heyman on Raw after WrestleMania.
The two stars failed in their conquest of Heyman as a behemoth stood in his way. Bron Breakker took out both Reigns and Punk to align with the new faction. Following this, Reigns has been away from WWE programming while Punk teamed up with Sami Zayn, someone who too suffered at the hands of the new faction.
The newly formed tag team took on Rollins and Breakker in a tag match at the May 24 edition of Saturday Night’s Main Event in Tampa, Florida, and while the interference from Heyman was anticipated, the Wiseman pulled out another card, which shocked everyone.
Bronson Reed, someone who was feuding with Rollins last year before his injury, made his return and attacked Punk, aiding Rollins and Breakker to pick up the win. He then stepped into the ring and was embraced by Rollins, revealing him to be the new member of the faction.
The numbers game needs to be neutralized before further damage
The addition of Bronson Reed to Seth Rollins’ faction has made things even more difficult for Punk and Zayn, who are now at a severe numbers disadvantage. On top of that, Seth has two behemoths on his side, which would be a tough challenge even with equal numbers.
While Jey Uso has been aiding the two, he is currently battling on two fronts as he is set to team up with Cody Rhodes to take on the team of John Cena and Logan Paul at Money in the Bank 2025. Jey is also set to defend the World Heavyweight title against Gunther on the June 9 episode of Raw in Phoenix.
Another option for CM Punk and Sami Zayn might be to convince Rusev to join the faction, as the Bulgarian giant might be the equalizer they need. However, it seems unlikely that Rusev accepts the offer. Sheamus, too, is likely not an option as the promotion on the recent episode of Raw already teased a feud between him and Rusev, which might be the direction forward for the two.
The best hope for the two in the fight against Rollins’ faction is ‘The OTC’ Roman Reigns, who, despite his problems with CM Punk, has to repay the favor to Paul Heyman for the betrayal and his feud with Rollins is not just a well known fact but will create must see television.
Reigns facing off against Breakker is a dream scenario for fans, especially since the OTC surely hasn’t forgotten the vicious spear he once took from the powerhouse. The mind games, the promos, the clash, the long-term storytelling, this storyline has all the makings of one of 2025’s best.
