Will the Bloodline attack Roman Reigns on WWE SmackDown this week?

Roman Reigns attacked Solo Sikoa upon return at WWE SummerSlam
Roman Reigns built ‘The Bloodline’ with the help of The Usos and Paul Heyman and made it one of the biggest factions in WWE. Despite great success, the faction saw a decline when Sami Zayn & Jey Uso left the faction last year, however The Rock’s inclusion reinstated greatness.
After WrestleMania 40, both Roman Reigns and The Rock went on a long hiatus, which completely changed the dynamics of The Bloodline. Roman’s absence made Solo Sikoa take control of the faction, by kicking out Jimmy Uso & Paul Heyman and hiring new members including Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa & Jacob Fatu. With the help of the new Bloodline members, Solo claimed himself as the Tribal Chief and went on taking shots against Roman Reigns, using Roman’s absence as an advantage.
Roman made his WWE TV return at SummerSlam 2024 during the Bloodline Rules match between Cody Rhodes & Solo Sikoa. Roman attacked Solo Sikoa with a Superman punch and a Spear, helping Cody to retain his Undisputed WWE Championship. Following that, Roman is scheduled for this week’s episode of SmackDown, and here we take a look at whether Roman Reigns might be attacked by The Bloodline or not.
Will The Bloodline attack Roman Reigns?
The Bloodline is currently under the control of Solo Sikoa, as there are no existing members within the stable. The new Bloodline has been known for their dominance, where they took everyone out, when anyone stepped against them. Since Solo is considered the Tribal Chief of the new Bloodline, Solo could order Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa and Jacob Fatu to attack Roman Reigns, as revenge for Roman’s attack on him at SummerSlam.
The number games has been the key advantage of them, with which they controlled Randy Orton, Kevin Owens and Cody Rhodes. As Roman is alone without any backup, there is a greater chance for Solo’s Bloodline to take strikes against the Original Tribal Chief.
There is also a rumor that Jimmy Uso will be making his return to SmackDown. Although if Jimmy makes his return in favor of Roman, the number of games will still be in favor of Bloodline and Solo Sikoa. Cody Rhodes could step in favor of Roman, but there is no assurance that Randy Orton & Kevin Owens will have Roman’s back.
Considering all the factors, it is very likely that Bloodline could attack Roman Reigns on this week’s SmackDown. However, everything is just speculation and we need to wait and watch what could happen on this week’s show.
