Tiffany Stratton won the Money in the Bank briefcase this year.
Tiffany Stratton has been perceived to become the next top star in the WWE Women’s division. Ever since she impressed the higher-ups with her NXT stint, Tiffy was poised for immense success. The first step was taken when Stratton was called up to the main roster and became a part of the SmackDown brand.
The Center of the Universe had an impressive start on the main roster, being a part of high-profile matches and battling top stars like Bayley, Naomi and Bianca Belair. After a brief setback from television programming, Stratton bounced back at WWE’s Premium Live Event, Money in the Bank, where she won the name-sake ladder match and clinched the briefcase, guaranteeing herself a championship opportunity at any time and place of her choosing.
Following her victory, Tiffany Stratton aligned herself with Nia Jax. She began her feud with then-WWE Women’s Champion Bayley after earning a title shot by winning the Queen of the Ring tournament. Subsequently, Stratton was christened as her Princess while Nia led the charge as The Queen.
Their alliance helped Nia Jax score a huge win at WWE SummerSlam 2024. During the closing moments of her title match against Bayley, Tiffany came down to the ring teasing a possible Money in the Bank cash-in. This distraction allowed Nia Jax to plant Bayley to the mat and win the WWE Women’s Champion.
Will Tiffany Stratton cash in her contract on Nia Jax on SmackDown?
The upcoming edition of SmackDown is expected to be a huge celebration of Nia Jax’s title victory. Fans could expect Stratton to be by her side. Moreover, Bayley could loom in the shadows with revenge on her mind. This could see her lay a vicious beatdown on Jax, catching her off guard during her celebrations and leaving her physically battered.
This could lead to Tiffany Stratton possibly utilizing her golden opportunity. Stratton could cash in her Money in the Bank contract on Nia Jax and pin her for the title, making their alliance short-lived and crowning herself the true Queen by becoming the new WWE Women’s Champion, setting the stage for a new rivalry with Tiffany as the top champion.
