WWE Bad Blood main event reportedly confirmed on 9/30 Raw

Here we take a look at which match will main event the 2024 Bad Blood PLE!

The 2024 Bad Blood is the upcoming and one of the most anticipated Premium Live Event produced by WWE. This is the fourth Bad Blood event and is all set to take place on October 5, 2024 from the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia, United States.

WWE has booked a total of five matches for the show featuring some of the major stars in the company. With the PLE on the corner, Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select earlier this week reported that there is internal confusion within WWE over which match will be main eventing the Bad Blood PLE. However, it seems like the company has finally decided on its main event for the upcoming PLE.

WWE Bad Blood 2024 Main Event seemingly confirmed

On the September 30, 2024, episode of WWE Raw, Adam Pearce organized the final face-off between CM Punk & Drew McIntyre inside the Hell in a Cell, with the help of a bunch of securities to avoid things turning physical, preserving the match for the Bad Blood PLE.

During the intro, Pearce said that a part of his responsibilities as a General Manager is to deliver the main events and special attractions, and said that he plans to deliver one hell of a special attraction, with the hope to end their rivalry at Bad Blood.

Adam Pearce said, “Part of my professional responsibilities that I take very seriously is the delivery of our main events and our special attractions. And on Saturday, at Bad Blood, I plan on delivering one hell of a special attraction.”

During the promo, Pearce never mentioned the Hell in a Cell match as the main event, instead mentioning it only as the special attraction. With the promo, it is seemingly clear that Punk vs McIntyre will not be the main event. Thus making Roman Reigns & Cody Rhodes vs Solo Sikoa & Jacob Fatu match from the blue brand as the main event of the show.

The show is set to take place in Cody’s hometown in Atlanta, Georgia and the special entrance is seemingly arranged for him. Roman Reigns is also making his in-ring return in the match, which naturally becomes one of the high-stakes matches in WWE, thereby earning the main event spot.
