The prestigious titles will be contested for the first time at WWE’s Crown Jewel 2024
WWE Crown Jewel was established in 2018, and the event has been held every year since except in 2020 (due to COVID). The event takes place in Saudi Arabia every year as part of a 10-year partnership.
The Crown Jewel 2024 is scheduled for November 02 at the Mohammed Abdo Arena in Saudi Arabia. Ahead of the event WWE‘s COO and WWE legend Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque unveiled the new Crown Jewel titles at Bad Blood 2024 PLE.
These titles are exclusive to the Saudi event and will not be featured during WWE’s regular programming. The titles will be contested between the World Champion and the WWE Undisputed Champion for both men and women to determine the Crown Jewel Champion.
The winner of the champion vs champion fight at the Crown Jewel 2024 will be adorned with the inaugural Crown Jewel title belt on top of their respective championship belts. There are two Crown Jewel title belts, one for men and one for women.
What is the value of the Crown Jewel belt?
The WWE Undisputed Champion Cody Rhodes is scheduled to face WWE Heavyweight Champion Gunther. While WWE Women’s Champion Nia Jax is scheduled to face the Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan for the inaugural title.
The normal belts featured in regular matches typically range from $1,000 to $5,000. The Crown Jewel title on the other hand is very unique and features intricate details that separate it from other titles that themselves are quite stunning.
Although the promotion has not revealed the actual value of the title, it has stated that the title belt holds an impressive 50 carats worth of diamonds that Triple H said ‘will signify the winner as the best of the best.’ The diamonds themselves cost a fortune so the value of the title would be a lot higher than the regular title featured in the promotion.
The Champion vs Champion clash would be an amazing match that showcases the importance of the Crown Jewel event. Who in your opinion would win the inaugural title? Do you like the idea of the inaugural title? Let us know your opinions in the comment section below.
