Iron Survivor Challenge qualifying match: Wes Lee vs Cedric Alexander
The Iron Survivor Challenge qualifications have been confirmed. On social media NXT General Manager Ava revealed on Saturday the first two qualifying matches for the Iron Survivor Challenge, which will take place at NXT Deadline on December 7 in Minneapolis. Wes Lee will compete against Cedric Alexander in the men’s division. Meanwhile, Cora Jade will go up against Sol Ruca.
In recent weeks, Wes Lee has targeted Alexander’s tag team partner Je’Von Evans, and the two will face off on Tuesday at NXT’s show in the former ECW Arena. Evans won the match with the help of Rob Van Dam by hitting a frog splash.
Iron Survivor Challenge qualifying match: Cora Jade vs Sol Ruca
During the most recent episode of NXT, General Manager Ava announced that the Deadline premium live event would return on Saturday, December 7, 2024, in the Minneapolis Armory in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
She also stated that for the third year in a row, the event would include two Iron Survivor Challenge bouts to select top candidates for both the men’s and women’s championships.
In Tuesday’s main event, Jade wrestled as part of a ten-woman tag team. However, her squad was unable to topple Jordynne Grace, Stephanie Vaquer, Giulia, Kelani Jordan, and Zaria, who stood tall at the end of the show.
NXT Women’s North American Championship Match: Fallon Henley (c) vs Kelani Jordan
According to the November 6 broadcast of WWE NXT, Fallon Henley will defend the NXT Women’s North American Championship against Kelani Jordan. Henley won the championship after defeating Jordan in a Gauntlet Match at NXT Halloween Havoc.
Nikkita Lyons vs Adriana Rizzo
Adriana Rizzo will do her best to uphold The D’Angelo Family when she meets one-on-one with Nikkita Lyons. When the Lioness of NXT returned to action, she made an immediate impact by striking Rizzo and left her in a heap backstage. Big Rizz returned the favor by assaulting Lyons during her bout against Kelani Jordan, setting up an amazing showdown.
Trick Williams to appear
Trick Williams will be featured on the November 12 edition of WWE NXT. WWE confirmed that NXT Champion Trick Williams would appear on Tuesday’s episode. This comes after Ridge Holland pinned him during a tag team bout at NXT’s 2300 Arena event on November 6.
Ava to announce next challengers for Nathan Frazer & Axiom’s
NXT GM Ava will decide the next challengers to Nathan Frazer & Axiom’s NXT Tag Team Titles. It will be interesting to see what happens on Tuesday night.
NXT Tag Team titles Stephanie Vaquer & Giulia vs Meta-Four (Jakara Jackson & Lash Legend)
Stephanie Vaquer and Giulia will pair up to face Meta-Four’s Jakara Jackson and Lash Legend. Vaquer and Giulia competed in last week’s main event, which featured Jordynne Grace, Zaria, and Kelani Jordan defeating Fatal Influence, Cora Jade, and Roxanne Perez.
Towards the end of the bout, Jackson and Legend attempted to interfere at ringside but were stopped by Giulia and Vaquer. Jackson and Legend have been making cameos on the main roster in recent weeks, which led to them participating in a four-way Women’s Tag Team title match at Crown Jewel, but they were unable to win the belts.
