WWE can finally acknowledge their Only Tribal Chief
WWE celebrated its monumental Netflix debut on January 6 with a gripping episode of Monday Night RAW from the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California.
Roman Reigns & Solo Sikoa had a brutal Tribal Combat match for the prestigious Ula Fala, to cement themselves as the Tribal Chief.
The match began with Paul Heyman’s signature introduction, hyping Roman Reigns. The stakes were set high as Solo Sikoa ceremonially handed the Ula Fala to Heyman before the bell rang, signaling the start of an all-out war.
Reigns and Sikoa locked up in a display of sheer power, with neither man gaining an early advantage. The action spilled to ringside, where Sikoa drove Reigns into the LED ring post and battered him on the newly designed announce table. Sikoa’s relentless aggression was met with Reigns’ resilience, as the match saw vicious chair shots, steel steps and even a kendo stick used as weapons in the no-disqualification bout.

The crowd roared as Roman Reigns delivered a powerbomb to Sikoa through a table, only for interference to turn the tide. Tama Tonga and Jacob Fatu stormed the ring, aiding Sikoa with devastating moves. Despite their assault, Reigns persevered, kicking out of a Samoan Spike and Fatu’s aerial offense.
Chaos ensued when Sami Zayn and Jimmy Uso arrived to even the odds, battling Tonga and Fatu. Reigns capitalized with a Spear on Sikoa, but a delayed referee count allowed Sikoa to kick out. Kevin Owens and Cody Rhodes added to the pandemonium, with Rhodes eventually chasing Owens into the crowd.
In the end, Reigns countered Sikoa’s Samoan Spike with a Spear to secure the hard-fought victory. The win cemented Reigns as the undisputed Tribal Chief of the Bloodline.
Post-match, Paul Heyman presented Reigns with the Ula Fala, but the moment took a dramatic turn when Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson made a surprise appearance.
Rock entered the ring, took the Ula Fala and placed it around Reigns’ neck, officially acknowledging him as Tribal Chief. The segment concluded with an emotional embrace between the cousins, symbolizing unity within the Bloodline on this historic night.
