The August 18 episode of Monday Night Raw aired live from the Xfinity Mobile Arena in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The show further intensified the build-up to Clash in Paris, which is set for August 30.

It was the final show from the main roster before WWE travels to Europe ahead of Clash in Paris. In the first match of the show, Iyo Sky pinned Raquel Rodriguez and was attacked by Roxanne Perez after the match. Rhea Ripley aided Sky and the two took out Judgment Day.
