Tonight’s episode of WWE Raw features a title match!
As WWE’s Road to WrestleMania 41 European tour culminates, the March 31 episode of Monday Night Raw is set to emanate live from The O2 Arena in London, England. This marks the final stop before the Stamford-based promotion returns to the United States to gear up for WrestleMania 41, scheduled for April 19 and 20. The London event promises a series of high-stakes matches and confrontations that will significantly shape the landscape of WrestleMania.
Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes and the number one contender, John Cena, are slated for their third face-off ahead of their WrestleMania 41 clash. Their previous encounter saw Cena chastising the audience and declaring his intent to win the title and depart WWE as its last true champion.
In response, Rhodes offered Cena the opportunity to take the title, laying it flat in the ring a gesture Cena declined before exiting. This escalating tension sets the stage for an explosive confrontation in London.
‘The Maverick’ Logan Paul returns to London after weeks of absence to call out ‘The Phenomenal One’ AJ Styles. This marks Logan’s first appearance on the European tour as he seeks to intensify his rivalry with Styles ahead of WrestleMania. Their last confrontation at Madison Square Garden ended unfavorably for Paul, who was on the receiving end of a phenomenal forearm. Now, he looks for redemption in front of the London crowd.
Following a backstage altercation where Jimmy Uso slapped World Heavyweight Champion Gunther for mocking his brother Jey Uso, the two are set to clash in singles competition at The O2 Arena. This match comes on the heels of Jimmy’s victory over The Miz on the March 28 episode of SmackDown, where he proclaimed his intent to defeat Gunther in London and predicted a similar outcome for Jey at WrestleMania.
Women’s World Champion IYO SKY is set to defend her title in a rematch against Rhea Ripley. Bianca Belair will serve as the special guest referee for this bout, adding another layer of intrigue. The winner will go on to face Belair at WrestleMania 41. This match was announced following a segment involving all three competitors, providing Ripley a second chance to secure her spot at WrestleMania, while SKY aims to retain her championship heading into the grand event.
After last week’s chaos, where The Judgment Day ambushed Bron Breakker during his Intercontinental title defense against Penta and targeted Penta during the assault, General Manager Adam Pearce has announced a tag team match. Bron Breakker will team up with Penta to face The Judgment Day’s Finn Bálor and Dominik Mysterio, promising a high-octane encounter.
