Women’s Royal Rumble began with Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss going against each other

The match began with Charlotte Flair at No. 1 and Alexa Bliss at No. 2. The real-life tag partners teased tension but largely worked together, reminding the crowd they could eliminate each other at any moment.

Their uneasy alliance held until the arrival of Nia Jax, the all-time leader in Women’s Royal Rumble eliminations, who immediately bulldozed the ring.

Early standouts included Kiana James, Ivy Nile, and NXT debutant Lola Vice, though their momentum was short-lived. The first major turning point came when Jordynne Grace entered and immediately eliminated Candice LeRae, Vice, and Nile in dominant fashion.

Grace’s run ended brutally later at the hands of Lash Legend, reinforcing the match’s recurring theme: no one was safe, regardless of momentum.

The middle portion of the match saw heavy-hitters and champions flood the ring. Becky Lynch entered to a massive reaction, reigniting her rivalry with Flair before being shockingly eliminated by Natalya. Moments later, Natalya herself was eliminated following Judgment Day interference.

The Judgment Day presence of Roxanne Perez, Morgan, and Raquel Rodriguez controlled large stretches, only to be challenged by returning champions and legends. IYO SKY, Asuka, and Rhea Ripley all had major moments, with Ripley eliminating Legend to a thunderous ovation before being stunningly dumped moments later.

Legendary energy peaked with the surprise entries of Nikki Bella and Brie Bella, who reunited briefly and eliminated Bayley and Lyra Valkyria before being tossed themselves.

The final entrant, Tiffany Stratton, immediately shifted the dynamic. The final three, Morgan, Stratton, and Sol Ruca, produced a frantic closing sequence. Ruca landed a breathtaking double Sol Snatcher, nearly winning on the spot, but Stratton knocked her off the apron. Seconds later, Morgan capitalized, hitting Ob-Liv-ion on Stratton to win the Royal Rumble.

Winner: Liv Morgan
