In the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer noted that both Seth Rollins and Bron Breakker are pushing themselves hard in rehab, aiming to return to WWE as quickly as possible.
Rollins has been sidelined since October 2025 due to a torn rotator cuff sustained in his match against Cody Rhodes at Crown Jewel, while Breakker has been recovering from emergency hernia surgery and has been absent from programming since early February.
Bad Bunny vs Logan Paul

Regarding the rumored tag team match involving Bad Bunny and Logan Paul, the Wrestling Observer Newsletter reported that no official bout is currently scheduled. While the matchup is anticipated to happen eventually, it isn’t expected to take place in the immediate future.
On the other hand, WrestleVotes Radio reported that WWE reached out to Bad Bunny’s team well before the Super Bowl to discuss his potential involvement. Although nothing has been officially confirmed, the talks are said to be encouraging.
Chris Jericho’s return & David Finlay

In response to a question about whether WWE wanted fans to think Chris Jericho might be inside the Mystery Crate that is set to be revealed at Elimination Chamber, WON’s Dave Meltzer stated that if Jericho does return, it will be “on a day when no one expects him.”
Fightful Select reports that WWE has reached out to free agent David Finlay, but he is not currently included in any creative plans.
Will Seth Rollins & Bron Breakker return in time for WrestleMania 42?
As of now, there is no update on whether the two will return in time for Mania. However, Dave Meltzer noted that both Seth Rollins and Bron Breakker are pushing themselves hard in rehab, aiming to return to WWE as quickly as possible.
