Punk, alongside his wife AJ Lee, who made her return last week, is set to battle Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch in a mixed-tag team match at the upcoming Wrestlepalooza next Sunday.
Triple H & Stephanie McMahon’s vacation
According to a report from Fightful Select, “a number of people in WWE” were reportedly “frustrated and upset” after recent vacation photos of Triple H and Stephanie McMahon surfaced online. The situation has raised concerns internally about privacy boundaries being crossed.
Triple H stepped away from WWE for a bit this summer as he, Stephanie McMahon, and their three daughters enjoyed a family vacation in Mykonos, Greece.

Fightful also reports that Monday Night Raw talent were left confused about the Stephanie Vaquer situation, particularly why the contract signing segment was suddenly changed at the last minute. While she’s still scheduled for the match, there’s ongoing uncertainty behind the scenes.
Amid rumors about his injury, Doctor Odiseo said on Instagram that Octagon Jr. is okay and will be wrestling at Worlds Collide.
According to PWInsider, the belief within WWE is that Octagon Jr. is doing fine and is expected to compete at Worlds Collide event in Las Vegas, Nevada, this Friday. He’s currently scheduled to team up with La Parka, Mascarita Sagrada, and Nino Hamburguesa in a match against Cruz Del Toro, Joaquin Wilde, Lince Dorado, and Mini Abismo Negro.
Footage from a recent AAA event suggested that Octagon Jr. may have sustained an injury, sparking speculation that a change might be necessary for Worlds Collide.
During his conversation with Inside the Ring, Rob Van Dam claimed that he was in discussion with WWE to be a part of John Cena’s retirement tour, but he got injured.
“I wanted to be one of the return matches for John Cena on his retirement tour. I was talking to them. There was a lot of interest. Without giving away too many details, you know, we were probably going to do it… and then I broke my heels.”
