Fatal-four way action on WWE SNME January 2026
Sami Zayn captured the moment of his career at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event, surviving a chaotic Fatal 4-Way to earn a WWE Undisputed Championship match against Drew McIntyre at Royal Rumble 2026.
In a match fueled by emotion, timing, and crowd energy, Sami Zayn stood tall after outlasting Randy Orton, Damian Priest, and Trick Williams in a frenetic main event.
Sami Zayn, Randy Orton, Damian Priest & Trick went all-in
All four competitors paused in disbelief as the crowd erupted for Zayn at the opening bell. Trick Williams immediately bailed to the floor, declaring he would fight on his own terms, while Orton went hunting for an early RKO. Priest blocked it, Zayn shoved Damian outside, and suddenly the Canadian found himself squared up with The Viper.
Williams yanked Zayn to the floor, triggering a wild ringside brawl. Orton unloaded uppercuts on Trick before Priest wiped everyone out with a body avalanche off the steel steps. Inside the ring, Zayn fired up with a Stinger Splash and a Superman Punch, keeping momentum on his side.
Orton briefly seized control with mounted punches and powerslams, while Trick broke up attacks with boots and a neckbreaker on Zayn for a close two-count. Priest added punishment of his own, but Zayn stayed alive with a massive tornado DDT.
Sami Zayn with a Helluva finish
The action escalated rapidly. Orton flattened both Zayn and Priest with snap scoop powerslams, then dropped Damian with a hanging DDT. Zayn appeared to have the match won after a corner exploder and Helluva Kick on Priest; until Trick Williams pulled referee Ryan Tran out of the ring mid-count.
Chaos followed. Williams threatened the referee, Orton punished Trick with multiple back suplexes into the announce desk, and Zayn returned the favor to Orton moments later. Back inside, Orton countered Zayn’s attack with a sudden RKO, only for Trick to throw Randy out to steal the victory. Damian Priest broke up the cover just in time.
The closing stretch was relentless. Orton landed a double hanging DDT, Priest hit South of Heaven, and Williams nearly stole it with a roll-up. Priest crushed Zayn with a Razor’s Edge but couldn’t capitalize. Williams sidestepped one Helluva Kick attempt, but it only delayed the inevitable.
As Priest kicked Williams off the apron, Zayn charged forward once more. Helluva Kick connected clean on Damian Priest, sealing the win and igniting the arena.
