A singles match between Oba Femi and Kit Wilson was also announced for this week’s show. The bout was set up following a backstage segment in which GM Nick Aldis presented Femi with a contract when Wilson barged in, prompting Aldis to reprimand him for the interruption.

Aldis took Wilson’s poetry book and read a poem in which Wilson called Femi insecure and toxic. When Femi asked if those words reflected Wilson’s true feelings, Wilson confirmed they did. Femi then requested that Aldis schedule a match between them for next week, and the GM agreed.
