SmackDown Match Cards & Preview
Money in the Bank Qualifying Match- Randy Orton vs Tama Tonga vs Carmelo Hayes
The Money in the Bank Qualifying matches will continue on SmackDown this week with two sets of triple-threat matches. Randy Orton will face Tama Tonga and Carmelo Hayes and the winner will be joining Jey Uso in the MITB ladder match. As per speculations, Randy Orton can win the match & punch his ticket to Money in the Bank PLE.
Money in the Bank Qualifying Match- Kevin Owens vs Andrade vs Grayson Waller
Kevin Owens will face Andrade & Grayson Waller in the Money in the Bank Triple Threat Qualifying match. As per speculations, Kevin Owens can win the match and qualify for the MITB ladder match in his home country. Legado Del Fantasma & Austin Theory’s interference is expected during the match.
CM Punk returns
‘The Best in the World’ CM Punk will be making his return to the blue brand in his hometown Chicago this week. Punk recently won Drew McIntyre’s World Heavyweight Championship at Clash at the Castle, which made Drew quit WWE on Raw. He also teased that he is so close to getting cleared. With all these, Punk’s appearance is expected to be huge.
Cody Rhodes will be live
Cody Rhodes at Clash at the Castle defended his Undisputed WWE Championship against AJ Styles in an I Quit Match. Following the win, he was confronted by Solo Sikoa and eventually got attacked by The Bloodline. As the Bloodline-Cody feud is being reinstated, The American Nightmare will be live this Friday Night on SmackDown.
