The 2025 edition of Money in the Bank is just moments away, but first, it’s time for Friday Night SmackDown. The go-home show for WWE SmackDown is set to air live from the Dignity Health Arena in Bakersfield, California.

Multiple big names are advertised for the show, including Undisputed WWE Champion John Cena, Cody Rhodes, Rhea Ripley, World Heavyweight Champion Jey Uso, LA Knight and Alexa Bliss, among others. The promotion has announced multiple matches and segments for the show.

• Men’s & women’s MITB Contenders under one roof
• Rhea Ripley, Alexa Bliss & Stephanie Vaquer vs Naomi, Giulia & Roxanne Perez
• Jey Uso & Cody Rhodes under the same roof as John Cena & Logan Paul

Men’s & women’s MITB Contenders under one roof

Ahead of their battle at the MITB PLE, every contender for the men’s and women’s Money in the Bank ladder match will be under one roof on SmackDown. Solo Sikoa, LA Knight, Penta, Seth Rollins, Andrade and El Grande Americano are the six contenders for the men’s MITB ladder match.

On the other hand, Naomi, Rhea Ripley, Alexa Bliss, Roxanne Perez, Giulia and Stephanie Vaquer have qualified and will battle in the women’s Money in the Bank ladder match.

A six-woman tag team match is also announced for the show, as Rhea Ripley will team up with Alexa Bliss and Stephanie Vaquer to battle the team of Naomi, Giulia and Roxanne Perez on tonight’s show in Bakersfield.

The six-women will clash ahead of their battle in the MITB ladder match, where there’s every woman for herself.

Jey Uso & Cody Rhodes to be under the same roof as John Cena & Logan Paul

Cody Rhodes and World Heavyweight Champion Jey Uso are set to battle Undisputed WWE Champion John Cena and Logan Paul in a tag team match at MITB 2025. The four stars will be under one roof tonight and are likely to clash, similar to last week’s show. The confrontation will be used to hype up the clash at the Intuit Dome on Saturday.
