This week’s show of Friday Night SmackDown is the final show of the Blue brand before the Crown Jewel 2204 PLE in Saudi Arabia. Due to Crown Jewel 2024 PLE many WWE stars will already be in Saudi Arabia on Friday so the promotion pre-taped this week’s episode at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center after the 10/25 episode went off the air.
The show will feature some of the many WWE stars including Cody Rhodes, Roman Reigns, Jey Uso, Randy Orton, Bianca Belair, and many more. The SmackDown show will feature storylines that will culminate at the Saudi event this week.
WWE has booked some of the interesting matches and segments for the show and here is a detailed preview, prediction, news, timings, and telecast details of this week’s episode of SmackDown.

The Street Profits vs Pretty Deadly
The team of Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins (The Street Profits) along with B-Fab will take on the team of Elton Prince & Kit Wilson (Pretty Deadly) in the first match of the evening.
The Street Profits have recently lost a chance at a number-one contender’s tournament for the WWE Tag Team Championship.
IYO SKY vs Bianca Belair vs Lash Legend vs Piper Niven
The team of Bianca Belair & Jade Cargill vs Iyo Sky & Kairi Sane vs Chelsea Green & Piper Niven vs Lash Legend & Jakara Jackson are scheduled for a fatal 4-Way match at Crown Jewel 2024 PLE. Belair and Cargill’s Tag team titles are on the line for this match.
Ahead of their Fatal 4-Way WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship at Crown Jewel, one-half of each competing team will step into the ring for a singles fatal 4-Way on the 11/01 episode of the Blue brand.
Nia Jax & Liv Morgan face-off
WWE Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan will face off against WWE Women’s Champion Nia Jax ahead of their scheduled ‘Champion vs. Champion’ match at Crown Jewel 2024.
The two champions are scheduled for a match where the winner will be crowned the inaugural Crown Jewel Champion. Morgan and Jax will look to play mind games to gain an advantage before their clash in Saudi Arabia.
Liv Morgan vs Tiffany Stratton
WWE Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan is also scheduled for a fight against the Money in the Bank 2024 winner Tiffany Stratton. Stratton will look to inflict damage on the champion to aid her friend Jax in their Crown Jewel bout.
Naomi & Bayley vs Candice LeRae & Indi Hartwell
Naomi and Candice LeRae clashed in a singles match during last night’s episode of the Blue brand. Indi Hartwell who was ringside tried to interfere and attacked Naomi.
This led to Bayley’s entrance as she came to the rescue of her friend Naomi. As a result, a tag team match was arranged between the two factions for the 11/01 episode of SmackDown.
Roman Reigns & The Usos
Roman Reigns, Jimmy Uso, and Jey Uso will enter the arena to cut a promo. The OG Bloodline is reunited after last week’s event when MCMG faced The Bloodline (Tama Tonga & Tonga Loa) for the WWE Tag Team Championship.
Solo Sikoa‘s interference during the fight was countered by Jimmy and Roman and a star from the Red brand named Jey Uso. The reunion will aid Reigns in taking down the rogue Bloodline. The OG Bloodline is scheduled to take on Solo’s Bloodline at Crown Jewel 2024.
Cody Rhodes & Randy Orton vs Gunther & Ludwig Kaiser
In the main event of Friday Night SmackDown, the team of Randy Orton and Cody Rhodes will face the WWE Heavyweight Champion Gunther and Ludvig Kaiser from the Imperium faction. This match was set up after Gunther and Kaiser attacked Rhodes during his face-off for the ‘Champion vs Champion’ fight as Orton came to Rhodes’s rescue.
Rhodes and Gunther are scheduled to face each other, Orton is scheduled for a grudge match with former friend Kevin Owens at the Crown Jewel 2024 PLE.
