LA Knight will appear live
LA Knight defeated Logan Paul at SummerSlam 2024 to become the United States Champion for the very first time. Knight will be making his first appearance with the US title this week on SmackDown. As per speculations, Knight will be confronted by Santos Escobar, Carmelo Hayes or Andrade, who will be challenging Knight for the title. This could result in a #1 contender’s match later the same night.
Roman Reigns returns to SmackDown

Roman Reigns made his WWE return at SummerSlam and attacked Solo Sikoa. Following that, WWE has officially announced that Reigns will be making his return to SmackDown this week. As per speculations, Roman will be addressing his future on what’s next for him. Roman is likely to be confronted by Solo Sikoa and the new Bloodline.
Nia Jax championship celebration
At SummerSlam, Nia Jax defeated Bayley and won the WWE Women’s Championship. Nia Jax is scheduled to make her appearance with the title this week on SmackDown. Jax & Stratton will have the championship celebration. As per speculations, Jax will be confronted by Bayley, who could challenge Jax for a rematch.
Cody Rhodes to appear live

After his successful title defense against Solo Sikoa, Cody Rhodes is scheduled to appear on this week’s SmackDown. As per speculations, Cody will address his future and will be confronted by his next opponent.
