The Blue brand will move to a three-hour format from tonight’s episode

The first episode of Friday Night SmackDown in 2025 will be aired live from the Footprint Center in Phoenix, Arizona. The 01/03 episode will be a three-hour show, marking the Blue brand’s transition to a three-hour format, with this upcoming episode being the first of its kind.

The Stamford-based promotion will kick off the year with the electrifying show of Friday Night SmackDown which will be followed by the highly anticipated debut of Monday Night Raw on Netflix.

Multiple top stars are advertised for the show including Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes, WWE Women’s Champion Nia Jax, LA Knight, Solo Sikoa, Kevin Owens, and more.

In Canada, the show will be aired live every Friday Live at 8 PM ET on Sportsnet 360.
In the United Kingdom & Ireland, the show will be live at 1 AM every Saturday on TNT Sports.
In India, the show will be live at 6:30 AM IST every Saturday across Sony Sports Network (Sony Liv, Sony Ten 1, Sony Ten 1 HD, Sony Ten 3, Sony Ten 4, Sony Ten 4 HD).
