In a recent promotional video for the upcoming Monday Night Raw debut on Netflix, WWE fans were treated to a surprise appearance from none other than Women’s Grand Slam Champion, Becky Lynch.

The promo video was aired during the streaming service’s coverage of the NFL Christmas Gameday. In addition to Lynch, the video featured Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes, ‘The OTC’ Roman Reigns, Randy Orton, Jey Uso, Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan, Bianca Belair, Bayley, Gunther, and more.

The debut episode of the Red brand is scheduled for January 6 at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California. Three high-stakes matches have been set for the debut episode of the Red brand on Netflix.

Becky Lynch’s contract with the WWE expired in June

WWE fans around the world have missed the seven-time WWE Women’s Champion, Becky Lynch. The Man has been absent from WWE programming since May this year.

Becky’s contract with the Stamford-based promotion expired in June and the former champion has been enjoying life away from the spotlight since her WWE exit.

However, reports suggested that she is in conversation with the promotion for a return at the beginning of next year. This has seemingly been confirmed by the promotion through the promo video.

Earlier rumors suggested that Lynch might move away from her iconic “The Man” persona to explore new opportunities within the promotion. This shift aligns with her goals of revitalizing her career and creating a new bond with her fans.
