New Day win their 13th tag team title in WWE
A high-stakes video package aired, setting the stage for the WWE World Tag Team Championship clash. With careers defined by perseverance and passion, The New Day were looking for redemption, and tonight, it meant everything.
As Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston made their entrance, Michael Cole didn’t mince words, Woods was 0-6 at WrestleMania, Kofi 2-13. Their matching gear, a bold tribute to Giant Gonzalez, screamed one message: Tonight was going to be different.
The War Raiders entered next, intimidating as ever, with Cole noting their gear was inspired by Clash of Clans. Champions draped in chaos, they looked ready for war and war is exactly what unfolded.
The bell rang and The New Day came out hot, sending Ivar crashing outside. But Erik retaliated with brute strength, tossing Kofi onto Woods, flooring both challengers.
The War Raiders quickly took control. In a wild moment, Erik body-slammed Ivar onto The New Day on the outside, drawing gasps from the crowd. Ivar followed with a running crossbody, flattening them again before tossing Woods back into the ring.
Woods became the target of calculated tag team offense. Erik covered, but Woods kicked out, showing his trademark heart. After a brief skirmish outside, Kofi tagged in, and The New Day targeted Erik’s neck with vicious double teams.
Kofi and Woods continued the assault, with Woods even mocking Ric Flair before attempting Poetry in Motion. But Erik caught Kofi mid-air and launched him into Woods, shifting momentum.
Ivar entered like a Viking storm, back body drop, side slam, spinning cartwheel kick, and a massive spinning heel kick to Kofi. He scaled the ropes and nailed a moonsault, but as he covered Kofi, Woods flew in with the Limit Break Elbow to break it up. The crowd erupted.

The final stretch was chaos. Erik and Woods exchanged strikes, Kofi nailed Trouble in Paradise, and a miscommunication between the Raiders gave New Day the edge. Woods hit a top-rope double stomp on Ivar, and as Kofi held Ivar’s leg down, Woods got the three-count.
Winners: And new WWE World Tag Team Champions – The New Day!
