Both women were fired up for their match
A clash of style, power, and generational pride took center stage at WrestleMania 41, as Tiffany Stratton challenged the “Queen” Charlotte Flair for the WWE Women’s Championship in a match that was as much about legacy as it was about supremacy.
The stage was set with extravagant entrances that only WrestleMania could deliver. Tiffany Stratton made her way out first, stepping out of the center of three life-size Barbie play boxes, flanked by LED versions of herself a clear message that the spotlight belongs to her. The “Center of the Universe” walked to the ring with poise and purpose.
Then came Charlotte Flair, the air thick with boos. A Rolls-Royce pulled up on the stage, and out stepped The Queen, draped in a flowing pink and blue gown, as fireworks lit up the stadium. Even the grandeur of her entrance couldn’t drown out the hostile crowd, clearly tired of Flair’s reign.
As the bell rang, Flair went straight for a lock-up, using her size advantage, but Tiffany wasn’t intimidated. Stratton countered with an athletic handspring back elbow and followed it with a standing moonsault for an early near-fall. Charlotte responded with a thunderous chop that echoed through the stadium, reminding everyone why she’s a 15-time champion.
The match turned physical fast. Charlotte targeted Tiffany’s legs, working toward the Figure Eight, but Stratton showed resilience, flipping out of a suplex and hitting a springboard swanton. A tilt-a-whirl backbreaker followed by the Prettiest Moonsault Ever nearly secured the win, but Charlotte got the shoulder up at two and a half.
Charlotte mounted a comeback, hitting a big boot and a Natural Selection, but Tiffany got her foot on the rope. Frustrated, Charlotte locked in the Figure Four and bridged into the Figure Eight, but Tiffany clawed her way to the bottom rope in a dramatic moment.
In the closing moments, Charlotte went for a second Natural Selection, but Tiffany countered with a roll-up into a powerbomb, stunning The Queen. She quickly ascended the top rope and landed the Prettiest Moonsault Ever clean.
Winner: And still WWE Women’s Champion, Tiffany Stratton
