AEW pre-taped their special Collision episode!

All Elite Wrestling closed out its 2025 calendar with a festive night of tapings in New York City. On December 21, AEW recorded a special edition of AEW Collision at the historic Hammerstein Ballroom, with the episode set to air on Thursday, December 25, as a Christmas Day special.

The taping marked the end of a busy stretch for the promotion as it continues to balance live television with holiday scheduling adjustments.

AEW utilized the Hammerstein Ballroom to tape multiple shows on Sunday, including Ring of Honor programming and the Christmas Special edition of Collision. The decision to air Collision on Christmas Day means the show will move away from its traditional Saturday night slot for one week only.

The Christmas Special episode will showcase the matches taped on December 21, giving viewers a holiday-themed wrestling card during the festive season. While AEW has not officially promoted the lineup in advance, the results from the taping have begun circulating.
