AEW is all set for its debut in France with the TV special tonight. AEW Grand Slam France is scheduled for October 6, 2026, at the Adidas Arena in Paris, France, marking AEW’s first-ever show in the country. It will be presented in two parts, airing as special episodes of Dynamite on Tuesday, followed by Collision on Saturday.
AEW will pre-tape Collision Grand Slam France right after Dynamite, which notably will air this week on Tuesday and not Wednesday. The reason AEW is airing the special on Tuesday is that TBS has a contractual obligation to broadcast Major League Baseball playoff games on Wednesday night.
The Jacksonville-based promotion has announced a star-studded card with multiple title showdowns. Following his successful title defense against Jon Moxley at All Out, AEW World Champion Will Ospreay will defend the title against AEW International Champion Kazuchika Okada.
On the other hand, Darby Allin defends the AEW TNT title against Kyle Fletcher, while Jack Perry and Samoa Joe collide to secure a spot in the Clockwork Carnage match at WrestleDream.
Furthermore, Bandido battles Kofi with his ROH World title on the line, and AEW Women’s World Champion Mercedes Mone, ahead of her title defense against Thekla at WrestleDream, puts the title on the line against Queen Aminata.
The latest match added to the show is a tag team match where Jon Moxley teams up with his Death Riders stablemate Gabe Kidd to take on Davis and Doyle (Mark Davis & Jake Doyle).
