The company will continue to build storylines this week

The October 23, 2024 episode of AEW Dynamite is all set to be aired live from the Maverik Center in Salt Lake City, Utah, United States. This show will keep building after the 2024 WrestleDream fallout episode of Dynamite and the show is filled with huge anticipation, following last week’s big event.

AEW has booked some of the interesting segments for the show featuring some big stars. Here is a detailed preview, rumors, news, timings and telecast details of this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite.

AEW Dynamite Match Card

  • Mark Briscoe (c) vs Chris Jericho – Ladder War match for the Ring of Honor World Championship
  • The Elite (Young Bucks and Jack Perry) vs Daniel Garcia & Private Party (Marq Quen and Isiah Kassidy)
  • Sammy Guevara vs Shelton Benjamin
  • Kyle Fletcher to address his actions
  • The House of Black will be in action

  • Kamille vs Queen Aminata

Mark Briscoe (c) vs Chris Jericho – Ladder War match for the Ring of Honor World Championship

Mark Briscoe successfully defended his Ring of Honor World Championship against Chris Jericho last Saturday at AEW’s WrestleDream PPV, which seemed suitable retaliation for Jericho’s attempt to play mind games with the champ by bringing up his late brother Jay in the buildup to the bout.

Despite being pinned clean after taking Jay’s old finisher, Jericho is determined to capture his ninth World title and become El Nueve. To ensure Mark gave him another chance, he again teased Briscoe about his big brother and tag partner.

The Sussex County Chicken didn’t want to hear Jay’s name come out of Jericho’s lips, so he challenged Jericho to a Ladder War.

The Elite (Young Bucks and Jack Perry) vs Daniel Garcia & Private Party (Marq Quen and Isiah Kassidy)

The Elite (Jack Perry and The Young Bucks) will face Daniel Garcia and Private Party (Isiah Kassidy and Marq Quen) in a six-man tag team match. This bout occurs after Garcia and Private Party challenged The Elite for allowing Jon Moxley and his entourage to walk all over AEW.

Sammy Guevara vs Shelton Benjamin

During Saturday’s episode of AEW Collision, Sammy Guevara and Shelton Benjamin were confirmed to face off in singles action.

The statement came after Guevara challenged Benjamin to a fight, claiming he wanted to face the greatest of the best.

Kamille vs Queen Aminata

Kamille will fight on the October 23 episode of AEW Dynamite. Tony Khan said that Kamille would fight Queen Aminata on Wednesday. This will be one week before her match against Kris Statlander at AEW Friday Night Dynamite.
