The 2025 edition of Full Gear will emanate from Newark.
All Elite Wrestling is preparing to wrap up a highly successful 2025 with a pair of major pay-per-view events. The company is now building toward the 2025 installment of AEW Full Gear. This seventh annual PPV is scheduled for Saturday, November 22, 2025, at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey.
The PPV is regarded as one of AEW’s “Big Five” events, alongside Revolution, Double or Nothing, All In, and All Out, the promotion’s five premier annual shows. This year’s event will be the second consecutive Full Gear held at the same venue, following 2024, and the third time overall when counting its 2022 staging. It will also be the first AEW pay-per-view produced in collaboration with DC Comics.
On the pre-show, Boom & Doom (“Big Boom!” A.J. & Q. T. Marshall) will take on RPG Vice (Rocky Romero & Trent Beretta) in a tag team match. At the same time, Hook and Eddie Kingston will take on WorkHorsemen (Anthony Henry and JD Drake).
Meanwhile, Max Caster and Anthony Bowens are set to compete in a four-way tag team match against the Bang Bang Gang (Austin Gunn & Juice Robinson), Big Bill and Bryan Keith, and The Outrunners (Truth Magnum & Turbo Floyd). The winners of the bout will earn a $200,000 cash prize.
A Trios match for the CMLL World Trios title is also announced for the pre-show, featuring El Sky Team (Místico, Máscara Dorada & Neón), who will defend the title against The Don Callis Family (Kazuchika Okada, Konosuke Takeshita & Hechicero).
At the pay-per-view, AEW Women’s World Champion Kris Statlander will put her title on the line against AEW TBS Champion Mercedes Moné. In addition, AEW World Champion Adam Page is scheduled to defend his championship against Samoa Joe.
AEW World Tag Team Champions Brodido (Bandido and Brody King) are set for a title defense against FTR (Cash Wheeler & Dax Harwood), while Kenny Omega, along with Jurassic Express (“Jungle” Jack Perry & Luchasaurus), will take on The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson & Nick Jackson) and Josh Alexander in a Trios match. The winners of the match will receive a $1,000,000 cash prize.
Casino Gauntlet match for the inaugural AEW National Championship is also on the card for the PPV. The match will feature Bobby Lashley, Shelton Benjamin, Ricochet, and other contestants that have not been revealed yet. Lashley and Benjamin will enter at the number 1 and 2 spot, respectively, in the tournament.
A No Disqualification match for the AEW TNT Championship is also announced for the show, where the reigning Champion, Kyle Fletcher, will battle Mark Briscoe. If Briscoe loses the match, he will be forced to join The Don Callis Family.
Furthermore, Darby Allin and Pac will battle in a singles match, while Jon Moxley and Kyle O’Reilly will clash in a No Holds Barred match.
Babes of Wrath (Willow Nightingale and Harley Cameron) will face Sisters of Sin (Julia Hart and Skye Blue), Timeless Love Bombs (“Timeless” Toni Storm and Mina Shirakawa), and Megan Bayne & Marina Shafir in a four-way tag team match. The winning team will earn the right to choose the stipulation for their semifinal match in the inaugural AEW Women’s World Tag Team Championship tournament.
