AEW delivers top-tier wrestling action on a consistent basis.
Jacksonville-based promotion, All Elite Wrestling, better known as AEW, airs two weekly shows, namely Dynamite, which airs on Wednesday, and Collision, which airs every Saturday.
The promotion was struggling at the end of 2024 as multiple reports confirmed poor viewership numbers amid multiple high-profile exits. However, it seems like the promotion has bounced back in the first half of 2025.
What Happened?
In a recent post on X (Twitter), AEW President Tony Khan shared new Nielsen data illustrating strong viewership gains for both their weekly programmes, Dynamite and Collision, in the first half of 2025. The numbers signalled what Khan has already called the “best year ever” for All Elite Wrestling.
The graphic shared by Khan highlights a comparison of U.S. linear TV viewership averages (live and same-day) from Q4 2024 to Q1 and Q2 of 2025, emphasizing overall audience growth as well as gains in the key 25–54 age demographic.
Wednesday Night Dynamite, the promotion’s flagship show, saw gains in multiple fields. The 25–54 demographic grew by 8%, increasing from 279,000 to 301,000 viewers, while total viewership went up 7%, climbing from 589,000 to 627,000 on average.
Saturday Night Collision also experienced the strongest growth, with a 28% increase in viewers aged 25–54, rising from an average of 145,000 in Q4 2024 to 186,000 in Q2 2025. Total viewership (P2+) also saw a 25% boost, going from 328,000 to 409,000 during the same period.
While sharing the graphic, Khan also pointed out that the numbers don’t even include their new viewers on Max.
AEW is gearing up to deliver its biggest yearly PPV event
After delivering the 2025 edition of Double or Nothing, All Elite Wrestling is set to deliver the 2025 edition of All In, which will take place in Texas on July 12. It will be the third All In event by the Jacksonville-based promotion.
All In 2025 will air live from the Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas, USA. The event will mark the first PPV event from the promotion to be held in an American baseball stadium and in Texas. The 2025 edition is also the first All In to be streamed on Amazon Prime Video.
