AEW star Ricochet has been known to be very active on social media, especially on X (Twitter), where he frequently engages with pro-wrestling fans, many of whom aim to mock or criticise, often attempting to bait wrestlers into reactions.

The AEW star recently began engaging with fans again with his unhinged replies; however, this time, he crossed a line, prompting significant backlash and an apology.

Ricochet came under heavy criticism after a recent reply to a fan where he mocked the fan’s chronic disease. On Sunday night, Ricochet once again went on a comment spree, firing back at critics with a string of over-the-top replies.

After a backstage segment featuring him drew reactions, a user named “Sandi T. (@Sandi_BB_Lover)” wrote, “His acting hasn’t improved,” with a laughing emoji. The AEW star responded, posting an offensive remark saying he was “glad” the commenter had MS.

Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a long-term autoimmune condition in which the body attacks the protective layer around nerves, particularly in the brain and spinal cord.

This damage can lead to symptoms like numbness, muscle weakness, difficulty with movement, and vision problems. Although there’s no cure, there are treatments that can help manage the condition.

The AEW star has since deleted the tweet and issued a public apology for his response, stating he took out his hatred for the IWC on the fan.

“I took out my hatred for the IWC on Sandi, and inadvertently others who are effected by MS. She didnt deserve it and for that, I sincerely apologize. Moving forward I’ll do better.”

Before deleting the original tweet and posting an apology, the AEW star lashed out at fans, using profanity and essentially pointing the finger at those who had directed vile comments toward both him and his wife, the former WWE announcer Samantha The Bomb, fka Samantha Irvin.

“Its soooo hilarious that the amount of little b—ches who has tweeted and wished harm on me, who has wished even death, said some of the most VILE things to me AND my wife. People who try and make fun of me EVERYDAY. But those same little b—ches can’t take it when I do it back to people. F—king p—sies, everywhere. [sic.]”

The AEW star also reposted a tweet from a user highlighting a tweet from fans wishing death to him and his wife, among other vile things.
