The star Indian women's compound archer shot a perfect 360 in the second half to top the leaderboard.
The opening day of Archery World Cup 2023 Antalya Stage 1 has started on a bright note for the Indian team. Jyothi Surekha Vennam shot a new personal best score, equalled the world record, and created a new Asian Record after scoring 713 in compound women’s qualification rounds (of 72 arrows). In the first half (36 arrows) Jyoti recorded 353 and in the second half shot a perfect 360 out of 360, equalling Sara Lopez's World Record of 713.
