The 25-year-old also revealed that he is looking forward to learning more from Igor Stimac.
After an impressive domestic season behind him, it was just a matter of time until Jobby Justin to be called up for the national team. However, after being frozen out of the India squad last time around, newly appointed head coach Igor Stimac decided to check the former East Bengal striker out for himself, which landed the 25-year-old at the ongoing national camp to prepare for the upcoming King's Cup in Thailand.

“I am feeling very happy and proud and as an Indian, it’s an opportunity to do something good for the nation. So, I am feeling so happy and proud. Till now, day by day, I am feeling stronger and to do good for the coming days,” said an estatic Jobby to the media on Tuesday.
After not being picked for the national team's squad for the AFC Asian Cup earlier this year, Jobby was finally given a chance by new head coach Igor Stimac earlier this month. On being asked how Igor Stimac, the new Indian National Football team boss is different from his other previous coaches, he answered on a swift note, “All the coaches, they have their tactics and their own way of coaching. I am very much and satisfied with his training.”
“Every coach have their tactical approach, Alejandro has his own way of playing similarly Stimac has his own. If we can play to his plan then it will be good for the team," he added.
The ATK striker, like many others in the camp, expressed his passion to play for the Blue Tigers along with a wish to play alongside Sunil Chhetri.
