LG Independence Cup: Aizawl FC make a comeback to beat Ramhlun North FC

After their morale-boosting victory over Chanmari FC, Aizawl FC continued their run with a 2-1 victory over Ramhlun North FC in the LG Independence Cup.
Ramhlun North FC struck first as they found the net with their first real chance of the game, as Wideman Vanlallawma scored against the I-League club.
But their lead did not last long as Lalrinchhana Tochhawng scored from a good corner delivery by Lalrinfela to restore parity.
Aizawl FC took the lead five minutes later through David Lalrinmuana, the experienced midfielder finishing off a fine ball from Hmangaihkima.
Ramhlun North FC missed two very good chances to equalise in the first half as Lalnunmawia and Lalliansanga could not capitalise on their opportunity.
Aizawl FC had chances to score a third in the second half with in-form striker Lalkhawpuimawia and the lively Hmangaihkima coming close.

Aizawl FC is on six points, a win away from a semi-final - their last match is against the bottom team Bethlehem Vengthlang FC.
