Dejan Lovren takes another dig against Sergio Ramos, calls him P****

The two centre-backs have been involved in a series of controversial comments.

The Liverpool and Croatian centre-back Dejan Lovren faced Real Madrid and Spain captain Sergio Ramos, the previous night in the UEFA Nations League fixture. The East European nation had the last laugh through an injury-time winner against the Spanish national team. In the post-match celebration, Lovren has continued his spat with Ramos by calling him a 'p****' in an Instagram live video.

Taking over the live-feed from his team-mate, he was seen in his full kit, gesturing an elbow spat for Sergio Ramos and saying the words in his native language.

Not so long ago, Lovren suggested that he was one of the best defenders in world football after having played in both, UEFA Champions League final and FIFA World Cup final in 2018. He went on to question Ramos' ability later.

He specifically remarked that Ramos' capabilities are just sugar coated than he actually is by the French teammate Raphael Varane, who won the Champions League and FIFA World Cup with Real Madrid and France this year.

Sergio Ramos, speaking in the pre-match conference before facing Croatia, refused to comment on the long-stretched feud with Dejan Lovren which incepted after the UCL final between Real Madrid and Liverpool.

Ramos was on the scorecard after equalising and scoring the second goal for Spain from the penalty spot at the 78th minute but Tin Jedvaj's strike at 90+3 changed everything.

It seemed that Lovren was concerned in taking another dig at Ramos when he specifically said "elbowed him good" while making a motion.

Lovren went on to say "Haha! 3-2! Go ahead and talk now buddy. Buddy! They are a bunch of p******", reports Metro.

The victory for Croatia means they still have a chance of not getting relegated from the Group 4 of League A. They are tied with England on four points but are placed at the bottom position with -5 goal difference.

Croatia will have to win the game against England, less than 3 points will mean Croatia getting relegated.
