This achievement not only adds to India's growing collection of shooting medals but also highlights Naruka's exceptional talent on the international stage.

With a final score of 58 points, the 25-year-old Indian shooter finished just two points behind the 60-year-old Olympic medalist Abdullah Alrashidi of Kuwait, who clinched the coveted gold medal. During the intense final, Naruka demonstrated impeccable shooting prowess by maintaining a flawless streak in his initial 10 rounds. Despite a slight deviation, where he missed only two shots in the last five rounds, Naruka applied immense pressure on Abdullah Alrashidi, ultimately securing the second position.

In the earlier part of the day, Naruka, along with teammates Angad Vir Singh and Gurjoat Singh, earned the distinction of winning the bronze medal in the men's skeet team final. Their combined score of 355 points showcased India's prowess in the skeet shooting discipline. China and Qatar secured the gold and silver medals with scores of 362 and 359 points, respectively.
