Asian Games 2026 Men’s cricket quarter-finals: Schedule, dates, venues, squads & more

Asian Games 2026 men’s cricket quarter-qinals will be played on September 28 & 29.

The men’s cricket competition at the Asian Games 2026 has now reached the knockout stage, with the quarter-finals set to decide the teams that will move closer to the medal matches.

The group-stage matches produced some interesting results, with teams fighting for a place in the last eight. With the competition now entering the business end, there will be little room for mistakes as every match could decide a team’s medal hopes.

The quarter-final line-up includes some of the biggest cricketing nations in Asia. India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh received direct entry into the quarter-finals based on their rankings, while other teams had to go through the group stage.

The quarter-finals will be played on September 28 and 29, with all four matches taking place at the Korogi Sports Park in Nisshin. The winners will move into the semi-finals on October 1.

Asian Games 2026 men’s cricket quarter-final schedule

The first quarter-final will see Pakistan take on Hong Kong, China on Monday, September 28. The match will begin at 5:30 AM IST.

India will then face Afghanistan in the second quarter-final on the same day. The match is scheduled to start at 10 AM IST.

The remaining two quarter-finals will be played on Tuesday, September 29. Sri Lanka will meet Nepal at 5:30 AM IST, while Bangladesh will face Malaysia at 10:00 AM IST.
