Asian Games 2026 men’s cricket semi-finals will be played on October 1.
The men’s cricket competition at the Asian Games 2026 has now reached the final four stage. After a rain-affected quarter-final round, only four teams remain in the race for the gold medal.
India entered the semi-final stage as the top seed and progressed after their quarter-final against Afghanistan was washed out. Sri Lanka also moved into the last four after their quarter-final against Nepal was abandoned.
Pakistan have also reached the last four after their quarter-final against Hong Kong, China, was abandoned. Bangladesh, meanwhile, booked their place in the semi-finals after their quarter-final against Malaysia was also washed out.
The semi-finals will be played on October 1 at the Korogi Sports Park in Nisshin, Japan. The winners will move into the gold medal match, which is scheduled for October 3.

The first semi-final will see Pakistan take on Bangladesh on October 1. The match is scheduled to begin at 5:30 AM IST.
