In the 100m, his best timing of 10.49 seconds was recorded in 2017 during Floro Indoor Games. During the games he also clocked 6.75 seconds in the 60m. His rival, Duplantis was timed at 10.57 seconds in the 100m in 2018 which has not been ratified. Meanwhile his timings of 10.69 seconds in 2018 during Lafayette Beaver Club Relays at Los Angeles is official. The Swedish athlete is three years younger than Warholm who is 28 years old. Duplantis set the world record of 6.26m in the pole vault during the Silesia Diamond League 2024 in August.
