List of all BWF World Tour Super 750 Events in 2023
We take a look at all the Level 3 competitions of the year in the badminton system.
The BWF Super 750 events are Level 3 in the Badminton system. It follows the Super 1000 and the Super 500 follows it. There will be 6 tournaments under the Super 750 grade to take place from 2023-2026, which will be India Open, Singapore Open, Japan Open, Denmark Open, French Open, and Singapore Masters.
The India Open has been upgraded from the Super 500 level to the Super 750 level for the upcoming five years. This could be because of India’s win in the Thomas Cup last year. The winners of the Super 750 tournaments will receive 11,000 points. Runners-up will get 9,350 while the semi-finalists will be awarded 7,700 points.

List of all BWF Super 750 Events
January 17-22 - India Open
Up until last year, the India Open was recognized as the Super 500 tournament before it got promoted to Super 750 with effect from this year. The recently concluded tournament took place at the KD Jadhav Indoor Stadium, New Delhi.
Much to the host's despair, there were no Indian gold medallists to be awarded at the national capital.
June 6-11 - Singapore Open
Singapore Open was one of the seven original Super 500 events before it got promoted to Super 750 in 2023. Kallang's Singapore Indoor Stadium will host the event.
PV Sindhu is the defending champion in Women's Singles. The feat in the respective categories has been achieved by Sai Praneeth (2017) and Saina Nehwal (2010) in the past.
July 25-30 - Japan Open
Japan Open has been a Super 750 event since the restructuring in 2018. The venue is yet to be decided but Osaka hosted it last time out. India has never won a medal at the Japanese Open. Which the contestants would be hungry to change.
October 17-22 - Denmark Open
Odense will host the Denmark Open again as the Super 750 event. Home Hero and Current World Number One Viktor Axelsen won the Men's Singles in 2021 but neither he nor any of his compatriots were successful in winning any of the event's categories in 2022.
For India, the Denmark Open Gold Medal's success has only been tasted by Kidambi (2017), Nehwal (2012), and Prakash Padukone (1980).
October 24-29 - French Open
French Open is one of the oldest Badminton tournaments in the world. India has quite a history in the tournament with 6 singles and 2.5 doubles gold medals (AC Bahree won it with a Malaysian partner in 1956). The duo of Chirag Shetty and Satwiksairaj won the men's doubles gold in 2022.
November 21-26 - China Masters
Shenzen will host the last Super 750 event of the year, the China Masters. It kept on getting canceled due to the COVID-19 situation in the country. Starting in 2005, this will be the 16th edition of the tournament.
