Reigning World Championship champions Aaron Chia/Soh Yik will lead the Malaysian contingent.
Lee Zii Jia continues to stay away from badminton and in his absence Ng Tze Yong will be the next best singles player at the tournament. Pearly Tan and Thinaah Muralitharan are set to spearhead the women's doubles contingent.
