Full list of players who have withdrawn from BWF Hylo Open 2023

Tanisha Crasto and Pratheek have withdrawn from mixed doubles.
The final tournament of the European leg - Hylo Open 2023 is scheduled to start on October 31st October, 2023. A few top players who had initially entered the tournament have announced their withdrawal from the competition. Rio Olympics 2016 gold medalist Carolina Marin alongside Busanan Ongbamrungphan from top-10 have exited the competition.
The Spain international progressed to the final of Denmark Open and finished quarterfinalist in the recently concluded French Open. She lost to Japan's upcoming Ohori in straight games. With China Masters scheduled later, top players have given the last European BWF World Tour leg a miss. In Marin's absence, Ohori will be the top seed in women's singles.
Thailand's number two Busanan Ongbamrungphan too withdrew with reasons unknown. Going into the doubles section, India's mixed doubles pair of Tanisha Crasto and Sai Pratheek have made themselves unavailable. On the other hand, Tanisha will pair up with Ashwini Ponappa in the women's doubles. The young pair have shown steady rise in the past six months.
Denmark's Kim Astrup and Anders Rasmuusen who were intially the top seeds in the men's doubles have withdrawn. In their absence Malaysia's Ong Yew Sin and Teo Ee Yei shall be the favourites to clinch the BWF 300 title.
