Sudirman Cup 2025: Live streaming, TV channel, where and how to watch?

India are in group D with Indonesia, Denmark and England.

The Sudirman Cup 2025 is the 19th edition of the prestigious mixed team event. It is a biennial international competition contested by the mixed national teams of the Badminton World Federation (BWF) member associations since its inception in 1989. The 2025 edition of the tournament will take place at Fenghuang Gymnasium in Xiamen, China, from April 27 to May 4.

The competition comprises 16 teams divided into four groups, with each group consisting of four teams. India are in group D with Indonesia, Denmark, and England.

India have never won a medal in the Sudirman Cup history. Their best result is the quarter-final finish in 2017. That was the last time India made it out of the group stage. Interestingly, the last time India reached the QF, both Indonesia and Denmark were in their group.

However, this time in the absence of their two top doubles pairs, it will be difficult for India to win against Denmark and Indonesia both. Both Satwik/Chirag and Treesa/Gayatri has withdrawn from the tournament citing injury. In their absence it will be an uphill task for the Indian shuttlers at the Sudirman Cup.

The Sudirman Cup 2025 will take place at Fenghuang Gymnasium in Xiamen, China, from April 27 to May 4.

The live telecast of the Sudirman Cup 2025 will take place on the Star Sports network. The live streaming will take place on Jio Hotstar. Both courts will be streamed in India. Fans can also follow the score on BWF Fansite website and the Badminton 4u app.
