The Gujarat Stallions also avenged their previous loss to the Mumbai Titans in InBL Pro U25 2025.

The Gujarat Stallions stamped their authority on the InBL Pro U25 2025 with an outstanding 83-72 win over the Mumbai Titans at the Thyagraj Indoor Stadium. Jock Perry was unstoppable in the paint, dropping 25 points, while Joshua Duach added 17 to steer the Stallions to victory and avenge the 69-63 loss to the Titans.

The game started at a blistering pace, with the Titans attacking the rim early and carving out a four-point lead. But Perry kept the Stallions in the hunt with crucial second-chance points. Durrell McDonald and Lokendra Singh fired from beyond the arc to maintain the Titans’ edge, but just as the first-quarter buzzer sounded, Perry drained a clutch three-pointer to cut the deficit to 22-21.

The second quarter turned into a three-point shootout. Tushal Singh and Duach splashed for the Stallions, while Elijah Puna and Lokendra Singh answered for the Titans, keeping them narrowly ahead. Midway through, the Stallions coughed up possession twice, allowing the Titans to stretch their lead to seven. However, both teams turned up the defensive intensity, forcing a scoring drought—until Perry calmly sank free throws to tie the game at 41-41 at halftime.

The momentum shifted dramatically in the third quarter. The Stallions exploded with a 14-2 run, led by Tushal Singh, Nate Roberts, and Prince Tyagi, as the Titans’ defense fell apart. Gujarat controlled the boards, denying second-chance points and stretching their lead to double digits. While Mumbai kept pushing inside, they had no answer for Amarendra Nayak’s sharpshooting and Roberts’ dominance under the basket. The Stallions entered the final quarter up by nine.

McDonald ignited hopes of a Titans comeback with a three-pointer to start the fourth, but Duach and Singh responded with relentless scoring. With three minutes left, Puna used his low-post moves to trim the deficit to eight, but the Stallions kept their composure. They slowed the tempo, and Perry sealed the win with a smooth turnaround jumper, putting the game beyond reach.
