Hyderabad Falcons consolidated their place at the top of the InBL Pro U25 2025 standings with that victory.
In a commanding performance at the thyagraj Indoor Stadium on Monday, the Hyderabad Falcons pulled away from the Delhi Dribblers to secure a convincing 92-73 victory in InBL Pro U25 2025 league.
Led by Alex Robinson Jr.’s all-around brilliance and strong supporting performances from Jack Purchase and Callum Dalton, the Falcons controlled the tempo throughout and capitalized on their depth to secure the win.
The first period saw an evenly matched contest between the Delhi Dribblers and Hyderabad Falcons, with both teams trading baskets in a tightly contested affair that ended with Hyderabad holding a slim 23-22 lead.
Alex Robinson Jr. emerged as the early offensive catalyst for Hyderabad, contributing 10 points on an efficient array of driving layups and pull-up jumpers. Delhi countered with balanced scoring, led by Daniel Poelsma’s 8 points including two three-pointers.
Hyderabad extended their advantage in the second period, building a 51-44 lead by halftime. The Falcons found their rhythm with a 13-6 run fueled by Robinson Jr.’s playmaking and scoring from Colton Huestis. Delhi stayed competitive through Poelsma’s timely shooting and Harry Morris’s 8 points off the bench.
After halftime, Hyderabad seized control with a dominant third quarter, outscoring Delhi 25-14 behind Robinson Jr.’s continued excellence (9 points, 3 assists) and Barker’s hot shooting. Delhi struggled against the increased defensive pressure, shooting just 38% in the quarter as Hyderabad built a commanding 76-58 lead.
In the final frame, Hyderabad maintained their substantial lead while emptying the bench. Mark Burkholder added 8 points off the bench, and despite a brief push from Delhi, the Falcons’ depth and defensive intensity sealed an impressive 92-73 victory.
