The Global Chess League 2025, a joint venture between Tech Mahindra and FIDE, will conclude Season 3 tomorrow (December 23, Tuesday) with the Grand Finale live from Mumbai’s Royal Opera House, broadcast nationwide through its Official Broadcast and Streaming Partner, JioStar.
After ten days of elite, franchise-based competition, two-time reigning champions Triveni Continental Kings will defend their crown against a new challenger, with the title decider streaming live on JioHotstar, underscoring the league’s growing scale and broadcast reach.
With its inclusive mixed-team format, GCL Season 3 has brought the world’s top men, women, and prodigies onto one stage—uniting icons such as Viswanathan Anand, Gukesh D, R Praggnanandhaa, Hou Yifan, Fabiano Caruana, Hikaru Nakamura, and several of the game’s brightest rising stars.
