Akash Deep replaced Anshul Kamboj in India’s playing XI for the last test against England.

Indian Cricket Team fast bowler Akash Deep has been giving his best with the ball in the ongoing fifth test against the England Cricket Team. The match between the two teams is taking place at The Oval in London.

After India got all out for just 224 runs in the first innings, England’s openers Ben Duckett and Zak Crawley came out all guns blazing. They were all over the Indian bowlers and added 92 runs for the opening partnership in just 77 balls, putting the visitors under massive pressure.

However, it was Akash Deep, who was also taken for a lot of runs, that provided India with the breakthrough. He removed Ben Duckett and what caught the attention of many was the send-off that he gave to the England opener.

Akash Deep bowled a fullish delivery that was nipping away, to which Ben Duckett went for an aggressive reverse scoop. However, he didn’t get the connection right as he got a feather and the ball went straight into the hands of keeper Dhruv Jurel.

Akash Deep celebrated aggressively and pumped right in his face and then put his arm around the shoulder before sharing a few words with Duckett as he walked off. It was a like controlled aggression but involved match officials in this as well.

Ben Duckett was back in the hut after scoring 43 runs off 38 balls. He slammed five boundaries and two sixes during his stay at the crease, allowing his team to get a brutal start with the bat in response to India’s moderate total.

On the other hand, Zak Crawley (64) slammed a brilliant fifty, but after that, India made a strong comeback in the second session. They picked few early wickets and the game stands evenly poised currently.
