Anshul Kamboj was recently part of the India A team, which played the unofficial test series against England Lions.
In a recent development, according to reports in The Indian Express, it has been learned that the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has added Anshul Kamboj to the team for the remaining two tests against the England Cricket Team. The fast bowler has been included as a cover for Arshdeep Singh.
The Indian Cricket Team suffered a massive blow ahead of the next test. Fast bowler Arshdeep Singh faced a deep cut on his bowling hand during the net session. He has reportedly been ruled out of the upcoming fourth test against England at the Old Trafford Stadium in Manchester, to be played from July 23rd.
Arshdeep Singh suffered the injury while trying to stop the ball from Sai Sudharsan on his follow-through in the nets. The pacer’s hand was stitched up, and it is learned that he will take at least ten days to get completely fit.
