Australia defeated England by a margin of 4-1 in The Ashes 2025-26.

Australian Cricket Team came up with a wonderful performance against England Cricket Team in The Ashes 2025-26. The hosts, in the absence of their captain Pat Cummins, who miss four games, crushed the visitors 4-1 in the campaign.

Led by Steve Smith in the first two games, Australia outplayed England by eight wickets like a walk in the park. Travis Head slammed a match-winning century, while Mitchell Starc won the Player of the Match Award in the first test for his ten-fer.

Later, the senior pacer also rocked with his performance in the second test, helping the team to victory by eight wickets at The Gabba in Brisbane. Smith missed the third game due to vertigo issues and Pat Cummins returned to captain the side.

The Aussies dominated with their show once again in the third test, winning by 82 runs this time. With the victory, they also sealed the series with two more games left. In the fourth test, Ben Stokes & Co. made a comeback, winning the clash by four wickets. However, they could not have the last laugh despite a powerful show, as Australia won the fifth test by five wickets.

Along with the Ashes, the Big Bash League (BBL) 2025-26 has also entertained Australian fans with thrilling games in the last few weeks.
