BCCI makes 2 HUGE changes to India squad for IND vs WI ODI & T20Is; Know here
India have taken a 2-0 unassailable lead in the ongoing IND vs WI ODI series.
The ongoing ODI series between India and West Indies has produced two high-scoring matches. West Indies have done well with the bat, scoring 295 and 405 in two innings. But their bowling has been below international standard.
They have taken only four wickets in ODIs, and India have chased down both big totals quite comfortably. Now, the final ODIs will be played at Maharaja Yadavindra Singh International Cricket Stadium, Mullanpur, New Chandigarh.
However, Team India suffered a big blow ahead of the third ODI. Star pacer Prasidh Krishna has been ruled out due to a hamstring injury.
The pacer is the second-highest wicket-taker in this high-scoring series and has bowled well for India at times. He only completed five overs in the second ODI and walked off the field.

Krishna has been ruled out, and the BCCI has named Anshul Kamboj as his replacement. Kamboj is all set to join the Indian squad in Chandigarh ahead of the third ODI. Meanwhile, India also have Mohammed Siraj on the bench, who hasn’t featured in the first two games.
Now, the BCCI has also made another bold move and pulled Washington Sundar out of the upcoming IND vs WI T20I series starting on October 6. This board wants Sundar to prepare for the upcoming New Zealand tour.
He will be taking part in the upcoming Ranji Trophy, starting on October 11. The all-rounder will be representing his state team in the tournament, and it will be ideal preparation for him ahead of the NZ vs IND test series.
As a result, the board has added Naman Dhir as Sundar’s replacement for the T20I series against West Indies. Naman is currently part of the ongoing ODI series and has featured in both matches.
