Australian players gave some really interesting and hilarious responses when asked about BCCI, ICC and Indian cricket.

Amid the intense Border-Gavaskar Trophy (BGT) 2024-25, the Australian players took out time for a fun chat to answer an interesting question regarding the BCCI, ICC, and Indian cricket.

As the series moved to Melbourne for the fourth test, star Aussie cricketers Pat Cummins, Steve Smith, Travis Head and a few others sat for an amusing chat with ABC Sport where they were asked to describe the BCCI, ICC and Indian cricket in one word.

Captain Pat Cummins described all three as “Big.” Head termed the BCCI as “rulers” and the ICC as “second,” giving a chuckle. The left-hander described Indian cricket as “strong.”

Usman Khawaja termed Indian cricket as “talented” while Nathan Lyon said it is “passionate.” Glenn Maxwell and Alex Carey both described the BCCI as “powerful.”

But the most hilarious moment came during Steve Smith’s turn. Smith termed the BCCI as “powerhouse” as well but he said the ICC are “not as powerful [as the BCCI]” before bursting into a laughter. Smith quickly backtracked his comment, saying that “No, no I can’t say that. It was a joke.”

This hilarious moment involving Smith has gone viral.
