Top 5 best bowling figures by Arshdeep Singh in T20I cricket
Arshdeep Singh holds the record for the best bowling figures by an Indian in the men’s ICC T20 World Cup.
Arshdeep Singh is one of India’s leading pacers in T20I cricket right now. Since making his T20I debut in July 2022, he has taken the most wickets by an Indian bowler in the shortest format.
With every passing year, he has improved immensely. His best bowling was on display during the ICC T20 World Cup 2024, where he finished as the joint-highest wicket-taker (17) and helped India win the title.
Arshdeep has been a key cog, though an underrated one, in India’s wins in the shortest format over the last couple of years. In this article, we will discuss his best five bowling figures in T20I cricket.
Five best bowling figures of Arshdeep Singh in T20I cricket:
5. 3/32 vs Pakistan, South Africa & Afghanistan
Arshdeep has taken a three-for in T20Is more than half a dozen times. Of these, his best figures are 3/32, which he has registered three times.

In the 2022 T20 World Cup game against Pakistan at MCG, Arshdeep dismissed Babar Azam, Mohammad Rizwan and Asif Ali to finish with 3/32 before Virat Kohli played an epic knock (82* off 53) to take India home.

New Zealand got all out for 160 in the first innings of the match as Arshdeep took 4/37. His wickets included Devon Conway and Daryl Mitchell. The match ended in a tie as DLS kicked in once rain forced no more play with India’s score being one run short of the target.
