Jasprit Bumrah took four wickets in the second BGT 2024-25 test in Adelaide.
Jasprit Bumrah gave the Indian fans a huge scare when he went down during his spell late on the second day of the Adelaide test of the ongoing Border-Gavaskar Trophy (BGT) 2024-25. Initially, there were speculations of a serious hamstring injury, but it was later confirmed to be a case of cramps.
Adding to concerns, the star Indian speedster did not bowl a single over during India’s practice session on December 11. However, the Indian vice-captain has now put those worries to rest. Bumrah returned to the nets on Thursday, 12 December and looked at his usual best.
Jasprit even troubled star Indian batters Yashasvi Jaiswal and KL Rahul during his speedy burst in the nets. According to Australian journalist Bharat Sundaresan, Bumrah even began his session with some leg-break deliveries alongside R Ashwin before shifting back to his fast bowling.
